Freedom Looks Different Now

I hope you had a joyful Fourth of July—full of sunshine, grilled things, laughter, and whatever lights you up. But now that the fireworks have settled and the noise has quieted...

Let’s talk about freedom.

The kind that no holiday can give you.

I’m talking about the kind you claim for yourself.
The kind that happens when you start letting go of the weight that was never yours to carry.

The weight of judgment.
The pressure to get it all “right.”
The need to be what others expect instead of who you are.

To me, that’s real independence.
Freedom isn’t a destination. It’s a feeling. A choice. A knowing.

It’s waking up and asking:

What version of me wants to show up today?
What do I need less of? What do I need more of?
What would feel like freedom in this moment?

Because guess what?
Freedom looks different on Tuesday at 3pm than it does on Saturday at 7pm.
It’s not static. It’s alive.

Here we are—halfway through the year. So let’s reflect for a second:

✨ Where were you at the start of this year?
✨ What have you unlocked so far that’s helped you feel more like you?
✨ And where do you still feel stuck, heavy, or unclear?

You don’t need a full reset.
You just need a moment of honesty.
You need a space to reconnect to you.

That’s what we’ll be doing in Root & Rise—my monthly virtual circle launching again this August.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about finally feeling FREE to be yourself—rooting in your truth, your rhythm, your joy, your rest, your yes and no without apology.

In Root & Rise, we:

🌿 Reflect honestly
🌿 Regulate intentionally
🌿 Release what no longer serves
🌿 Root into your power
🌿 Rise with clarity

It’s effort, yes. It’s intentional. It’s real. It’s sacred.

I promise you this:
When you feel free within yourself—that’s the key.
That’s the unlock.
From there?
You are empowered AF to do whatever you want.

If you want to be in that energy, click here to join the collective.
I’ll meet you there—honest, grounded, and vulnerable.
