You Are Enough.
Not long ago, I found myself in one of those rare, quiet pockets of space.
No pressure. No agenda. Just presence.
So I followed the nudge. I walked alone, without music, without a plan—just me, the path, and whatever was meant to show up.
What I thought might be a simple walk became something else entirely.
As I moved, I tuned in—not just to the sounds around me, but to something deeper.
The birds were louder. Two blue jays flew around me, circling like they were trying to get my attention. A cardinal perched nearby, a woodpecker knocked in the distance, butterflies floated by gently.
Every sign felt deliberate. Every moment was its own soft reminder:
You’re held. You’re seen. You’re safe to trust yourself.
I sat on a rock and let the stillness settle. Music played softly in one earbud—just enough to keep me rooted—and I allowed the tears to come. Not from sadness. From release.
Because in that moment, something clicked.
I’ve spent so many years seeking external validation. Chasing the “right” thing to do. Wanting to be seen. To be chosen. To be acknowledged in the way I show up for others.
And I’ve done the work to untangle that.
Layer by layer, I’ve let go of needing approval.
But this time… it hit differently.
This time, I didn’t just know I was enough.
I felt it. I embodied it. I believed it.
I carried a small keychain with me—one I used to wear as a reminder of my worth. At one point, it felt like a lifeline. Proof.
But now? It was just a symbol I no longer needed.
So I left it behind for someone else to find.
A message for the next woman walking this path, still looking for the signs:
You don’t have to earn your worth.
You don’t have to prove anything.
You already are.
And that’s what this journey has taught me over time:
That clarity doesn’t arrive all at once.
That healing is layered. That trust takes practice. That self-love is built through tiny, honest choices.
And sometimes—when you’ve done the work quietly for years—there’s a moment where it all settles. Not in your mind, but in your body.
You know it’s different.
You feel the shift.
That’s what happened for me.
So maybe this message finds you in that space between letting go and receiving.
Maybe you’ve been doing the quiet work too.
Let this be your reminder:
You’re not behind. You’re unfolding.
And the moment you’re ready to feel the truth of your enoughness? It will land. And it will feel like home.
Now I walk lighter—not because anything outside me changed, but because I did.
