What happens when you finally say the thing out loud?
There’s something I wish more women would say out loud.
Not to get fixed. Not to be comforted.
Just to say it.
To let it land in the air and be heard—without judgment, without sugarcoating, without a “but at least…”
Lately, I’ve caught myself spiraling in a kind of pressure that wasn’t even real.
Manufactured. Created by my own expectations.
That sneaky voice that whispers:
“Why aren’t you handling this better?”
“Why is this still bothering you?”
“Shouldn’t you be over this by now?”
But here’s the thing—sometimes the most powerful move isn’t to overanalyze or push through.
It’s to name it.
To say, “This is what’s coming up right now.”
Not who you are. Not your identity. Just a passing wave of emotion.
Not I am overwhelmed—
But I feel the overwhelm moving through me.
There’s a difference.
One keeps you stuck. The other opens space.
Because the moment you name it, you take your power back.
And sometimes, what you need isn’t a solution or a silver lining.
It’s someone to say, “Me too. I’ve been there.”
To hold space with you—no fixing. No performance. Just presence.
That’s why I created Root & Rise—a monthly virtual circle launching in August.
It’s more than a group. It’s a space to exhale—to slow down, be witnessed, and reconnect to your center without pressure to explain or perform.
Each month, we meet live to:
✨ Reflect honestly on what’s present (no sugarcoating, no masks)
✨ Regulate your nervous system through simple, grounding practices
✨ Tap into your truth with guided journaling and breathwork
✨ Be in community with women who get it—because they’re walking it too
It’s not therapy. It’s not hustle culture.
It’s a space to feel, process, and realign—together.
So often, we’re praised for pushing through.
Root & Rise is about something deeper: learning to pause on purpose, name the truth, and rise rooted in who you are (not who the world told you to be).
We begin in August.
If your soul whispered yes while reading this, click here to get on the list.
You deserve to feel supported in your rising.
