A Re-Introduction (and reminder - you are more than what you do)
We’re halfway through the year… and I’ve been doing the work. Not just the outer work—the embodied work. The kind that asks you to get radically honest with yourself. The kind that invites you to release the pressure, dream a little deeper, and trust what’s ready to come through.
I’ve been shedding old patterns, healing old wounds, and calling back the pieces of me that I left behind in past versions. And recently, I did something powerful—something that marked this moment in a big way.
I had a photo shoot. Not just any photo shoot—a reclamation.
A celebration of who I am now, and all the women I’ve been along the way.
It reminded me that I am more than the roles I play. More than what I do. More than any title, offering, or label.
That truth? It lives in every woman I work with, too. We get so used to describing ourselves by what we do, how we serve, or who we support… but the deeper question is:
Who are you really?
Who are you without the pressure, without the performance, without the proving?
I asked myself that question and I remembered.
So now—let me reintroduce myself…

I’m Kim Driscoll—life and leadership coach, yoga teacher, breathwork guide, corporate powerhouse, and co-founder of EmpowHER Circle.
Also known as the woman who helps you drop the pressure, unlock your gifts, and step into your shine.
Founder of Unlocked & Empowered, I’m on a mission to help women lead their lives from within—aligned, confident, and free.
But I didn’t always feel this way.
I spent years stuck in survival mode—people-pleasing, over-performing, and trying to prove my worth in every room I entered. I was a single mom carrying the weight of the world, chasing perfection and losing myself in the process.
Until I chose differently.
I lost over 100 pounds. I let go of burnout and the habit of putting everyone else’s needs before my own. I stopped shrinking my sparkle to make others comfortable. I started healing from the inside out—and everything changed.
Now I hold space for other women to rise.
To breathe again.
To feel safe in their bodies.
To shine in their power.
Whether we connect through yoga, breathwork, coaching, or community—you’ll always get the real me. Honest. Heart-centered. Here to remind you that your light was never too much… it was meant to lead the way.
If you're new here—welcome.
If you’ve been around—thank you.
Either way, I’m so glad you’re here.
This is your reminder: you don’t have to dim to belong.
Your sparkle is the whole point. ✨
Here’s what I want you to consider as you move forward:
Are you ready to stop leading with the role and start leading with who you are?
Not what you do. Not what you produce. But who you truly are underneath it all.
You’re allowed to reintroduce yourself, too and when you do—it’s not about proving. It’s about remembering and embodying YOU.
